. UTILITIES UNDER WINDOWS If you want to use Windows as your operating platform, you have to use a suitable driver to access the card. We provide two Dynamic Link Libraries (DLL) for access under the Windows operating system: SLHDMX2.DLL for Windows 3.1/3.11. This DLL uses the PASCAL calling convention which is commonly used with 16-bit programming environments. SLHDMX33.DLL for Windows 95/98. This DLL uses the STD (C++) calling convention commonly used with 32-bit programming environments. Both DLL feature the same functions. Accessing the card by means of a DLL is not possible with Windows NT. A special driver concept for NT is under preparation. Programs, examples and drivers are published "as is". DMX TESTGENERATOR A DMX-signal generator to produce DMX output within and beyond the limits set by the USITT DMX512 standard. Produces stable and absolutely exact output timing when used with the 1512B-LC card. Timing data can be enterd in microseconds, and even a 4us MAB test - very seldomly found on test equipment- is possible.
